This Lakewood, PA homeowner wanted to do something about the crawl space beneath his home, as he was experiencing heavy moisture issues.

We proposed to encapsulate the crawlspace with our CleanSpace system. First, to combat the mold issues that the water had caused to the beams beneath the home, we applied some of our MoldX spray to the flooring system and support beams. First, we laid down our Drainage mat, which is specially designed to still allow water to flow through, we then installed our TerraBlock matting over it we then laid our 10 mil poly over top of that as a vapor barrier to prevent the water from getting to the beams and flooring. To adhere the matting and poly we laid down, we then sprayed 3 inches of our closed cell spray foam to the walls of the crawl space and pillars to make sure the linings would not slip down leaving a gap of any kind to allow water to affect the home. 

This basement crawl space was lacking in good insulation. We proposed to spray foam 2 inches of our Closed Cell spray foam to the foundation walls to help insulate this home and keep the warm air they were paying for, from escaping in the winter. Once the closed cell spray foam was applied to the walls, we put our fireproof barrier over it for an extra safety measure.

This mobile home in Hancock, NY had an owner who suffered greatly from the cold due to poor insulation beneath her home. We proposed to spray 3 inches of our closed cell spray foam on the underside of the mobile home to give a layer of protection and insualtion from the chill of winter.

As a result, the customer used less fuel to heat her home and was more comfortable during the winter months.

This mobile home in Hancock, NY was lacking insulation on the underside of the home, which led to unbearable summer heat radiating into the home and increased fuel bills trying to keep the home remaining cool enough to endure, which was proving to be extremely difficult.

We proposed spraying 2 inches of Closed Cell spray foam to the underside of the mobile home, ensuring that the home will remain cooler as the hot summer air will no longer be able to enter the mobile home from beneath it.

This Hancock, NY mobile home owner was facing high fuel bills in the winter months to try to keep the home warm but couldn't seem to be warm enough inside. She called us here at Foam It Insulation to investigate why that was happening. Upon completion of our free Energy Assessment, it was discovered that this mobile home was lacking in insulation on the underside of the mobile home. 

We proposed to spray 2 inches of our Closed Cell Spray Foam to the underside of the mobile home, This created a nice layer of insulation for the homeowner so they could enjoy warmth in their home when the warmth had been escaping through the underside of the home.
