A homeowner located in Narrowsburg, NY had cracks in their basement walls that needed to be addressed. If left untreated, water could seep into the home from the soil that surrounds the foundation.

The homeowner contacted our team at The Basement Transformer, and we sent our transformation specialist to the home to assess the situation.

It was determined that in order to fix the cracks in these basement walls, we would have to install our trustworthy product known as FlexiSpan. Concrete walls tend to shrink naturally and are subject to pressure from the surrounding soils, so a product like FlexiSpan is the perfect solution. FlexiSpan is made of open cell foam and a waterproof sealant, which means that it will never crack or dry out. It is also designed to move along with your walls, ensuring that the crack always remains sealed even if the walls shift.

Once the installation process was completed, the homeowner was left with a permanent solution for the cracks in their basement walls.

A homeowner in Eldred, NY needed an upgrade on their sump pump system. 

The old one was run down and needed to be replaced. That’s when our team stepped in to help this homeowner. We attached our UltraSump Battery Backup System to our SuperSump Premier basin. The battery backup system is the perfect solution in the event you experience a power outage, and the power for your primary sump pump gets knocked out. The UltraSump Battery Backup System ensures that your sump pump will provide you with continuous protection, regardless of whether you have good or bad weather. This backup system is capable of pumping out up to 12,000 gallons of water with a fully charged battery. After this was installed, this homeowner knew their crawlspace would be protected from any flooding.
