This wall system is made entirely of plastic and is 100% waterproof. It does not allow water vapor or humidity to make its way through the walls and into your basement. We transformed this crawl space by removing the fiberglass insulation that was falling apart and sealed it off from the earth so water can no longer seep into the crawl space. First our drainage matting was placed on the dirt floor to enhance the durability and longevity of the liner to be placed on top. Next, we permanently sealed off the area using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, which is a 20-mil reinforced polymer liner that aids in the prevention of mold growth and rotting wood. Now this crawl space is in better shape than ever!
