This 20-mil reinforced polymer vapor barrier is resistant to wear & tear and does not support mold growth. The drainage matting underneath helps to form a permanent seal over the floor and enhances the durability and longevity of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.

We also used our drainage matting underneath, on the dirt floor, to enhance the durability and longevity of the waterproof liner. Now this crawl space is permanently sealed off from the elements and water can no longer make its way inside where it does not belong.

Our team transformed this dirt crawl space out in Goshen, NY that was filled with debris, had a moisture problem, and was allowing air to come into the home. We used our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to form a seal over the dirt floor and prevent moisture and water vapor from passing through.
