Bruce contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to help repair his sisters home in Jacksonville, NC. The home had high moisture issues that needed to be addressed along, mold issues and extensive wood damage caused by the high moisture levels. Our insepctor Graham Moore met with Bruce and his sister to go over the problems found and the best solution to fix the home. We sealed of the crawl space with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System from the earths ground that was causing the issues in the crawl space. Bruce and his sister are thrilled with the work that we did to fix her home.

Calvin contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair wanting the vapor barrier under his home replaced after doing research on the internet. Our inspector Andy Pittman met with Calvin to go over the crawl space. We installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal of the crawl space of the home.

When Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did a CleanSpace Encapsulation System after the crawl space was completed we installed a Turtlcrawl Space Entry System. The great thing about the Turle is that it protect the crawl space from moisture and water damage that will never rot, rust or need painting. 

Dan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed a moisture problem that he believed was causing mold and wood rot at his home in Jacksonville, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy met with Dan to go over the crawl space of the home. Andy found that Dan did indeed have a moisture issue that and started to show the beginning signs of mold damage along with wood rot. We installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space from the earth's ground. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to make the crawl space a healthy part of the home.

Dora contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair complaining that water was entering the basement of her home and she did not know where it was coming from. Dora's home had both a crawl space and a basement. Although the basement was finished, whenever it rained the basement would flood. She wanted the best solution to fix the problems she was having. Our crew installed a crawl space waterproofing system to stop the rain from entering the crawl space along with installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Dora is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect her home from flooding.
