Earnest contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair shortly after a termite inspection. The inspector told him that he had a wood rot issue caused by standing water in the crawl space and that he needs to get that fixed. We installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System; by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to seal off the crawl space from the moisture that causes not only wood rot but also mold and other allergens.

David contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture in the crawl space of his 20-year-old home in Jacksonville, NC.  Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben Daniels met with David to go over the crawl space and find the best solution for his home. 

Ben found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is able to seal out the moisture from entering the home from the earth's ground. 

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, they used the 10 mil, CleanSpace Liner, along with Silverglo to protect the home from moisture and the lose of heating and cooled air. They then installed the Smart Sump Sump Pump System along with the Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry.

Joel contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after hearing a noise down in the crawl space. When he went to investigate he found that the crawl space of the Jacksonville, NC home was in disarray with standing puddles of water, sagging insulation and an old vapor barrier littering the ground. Our crew lead by Pedro installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. First, they started off by removing the old insulation that was soaked with moisture and removed the old vapor barrier that was littering the ground. Next, they installed the SilverGlo Insulation Panels transferring the insulation barrier to the outer parts of the crawl space. Next, they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Liner along with a Sedona Dehumidifier and a Smart Sump to help keep the crawl space free of moisture. Betty contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about some moisture issues and wood rot.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space.

After speaking with Betty and showing her what was found during the inspection, Andy proposed 10 mil liner and Sump Pump for the moisture issues , and Smart Jacks for stabilizing the floors.

Our crew lead by EJ, installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space 10 mil liner and Smart Sump Pump along with the Smart Jacks Stabilization System. by pairing the two together, it can address the moisture issues and the wood rot.
