We recently installed our SilverGlo Thermal Insulation System for a homeowner in Carthage, NC. SilverGlo is a high-performance insulation solution designed to enhance energy efficiency and comfort in homes. Its reflective surface and rigid panels provide superior thermal resistance, reducing heat loss and lowering energy bills. This system was installed to address the homeowner’s concerns about inefficient insulation, helping to create a more comfortable living environment while improving overall energy efficiency.

Michael called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair as a first time home owner who wanted his crawl space check. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Chris Hunter met with Michael to go over the crawl space. Hunter found that the crawl space even though it seemed dry was full of moisture that could lead to mold growth if not taken care of. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's crew led my  Larry Eldridge installed a Clean Space Encapsulation System to ensure that the crawl space would be dry. Michael is now happy to know that his new home will be taken care of for many years to come.

Sonia was experiencing water coming into her basement from the outer walls of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to fix the home with our WaterGuard System.

Derick contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after a recent termite inspection. The inspector noticed that Derick's home had standing water and a moisture problem. Our crew, lead by Jason Hines, installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to protect the home from the earth's ground and the standing water. Derick is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his home.

William contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair, through a referral from another company, interested in a free inspection. One of our Design Specialists, Todd, went out and inspected the crawlspace and proposed to have the crawlspace encapsulated.

Our crew led by EJ, started by sealing the vents and removing all debris from the crawlspace. Next, they installed 10mil Clean Space Liner with SilverGlo on the walls. After, they installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
