Derick contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after a recent termite inspection. The inspector noticed that Derick's home had standing water and a moisture problem. Our crew, lead by Jason Hines, installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to protect the home from the earth's ground and the standing water. William contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair, through a referral from another company, interested in a free inspection. One of our Design Specialists, Todd, went out and inspected the crawlspace and proposed to have the crawlspace encapsulated.

Our crew led by EJ, started by sealing the vents and removing all debris from the crawlspace. Next, they installed 10mil Clean Space Liner with SilverGlo on the walls. After, they installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

We tackled the damp crawl space by installing SilverGlo insulation on the walls to reflect heat and provide a thermal barrier. Then, we laid down CleanSpace vapor barrier on the floor and walls to block moisture and prevent mold growth. To keep the space dry, we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which efficiently controls humidity and improves air quality. The result is a clean, dry, and healthier crawl space.

Moisture in a crawl space can lead to several problems, including mold growth, wood rot, and structural damage. It can also attract pests and contribute to poor indoor air quality by increasing humidity levels throughout the home.
