June contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair back in March 2017. Here mother had passed away and she was in the process of getting the home on the market. The garage of the home would flood anytime it rained and June knew that she would not be able to sell the home in the current condition, especially the garage. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with June to discuses the best option to keep the rain our of the garage of the home. Our crew, led by Cornelius Lamb, installed our Trench Drain System along with a SuperSump, UltaSump III and a battery back up. June is happy to have the garage of the home fixed of the rain water entering the garage of the home.

With the wet and musty insulation safely removed and disposed of, we encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, drainage matting, SilverGlo wall insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

We installed our LawnScape Outlet at the end of this discharge line to allow water to freely escape for the line while also creating an easier access point to service the system. 

With a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, water won't stand a chance in this customers crawl space. 

Despite having a dehumidifier in their crawl space, this customer's dehumidifier was not performing as it should, which caused mold growth, structural damage, and musty odors. In place of the old system, we installed the high-performance SaniDry Sedona. The SaniDry Sedona offers giant performance in a small package. This is the world's most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier without a bulky heat exchanger. While the Sedona fits easily into small crawl spaces, its powerful blower can effectively dry large crawl spaces as well. In crawl spaces, mold and mildew are common, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
