The crawl space at this office building was damp and musty every time it rained. Our solution to this problem was a full encapsulation system that included a TripleSafe Sump Pump to prevent flooding and ensure this crawl space remain dry the next time it rained. 

Randy contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair having problems with water draining out from the crawl space of the home and he wanted to see what could be done to fix the issue in the crawl space. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector RJ Bailey found that Randy's problems where coming from water entering the crawl space of the home from the outer walls of the foundation. Our crew  lead by Ricky Warren installed our EZ Flow Waterproofing System that we are able to catch the water and pump it out of the crawl space with our SmartSump Sump Pump System before it causes more problems in the crawl space of the home. Randy is happy that he chose Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for making sure that water cant enter the crawl space from the foundation walls again.

Martha contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because anytime it rained the basement of her home would flood. Martha used the space as storage and she was worried that her belonging being ruined. We were able to help Martha by installing the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System around the perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard System catches the water before it can flood the crawl space and drains into a SuperSump System that is then pumped out of the home and into a designed area of the yard. Martha is extremely happy that she no longer has to worry about the basement flooding and ruining her belongings.
