Michael noticed a few cracks in the wall inside of his home. He contacted Southeast Foundation & received our expert opinion. The home was built in 1976 and the foundation was being supported by the classic *block and wood* method. Throughout the years the home started to settle and started showing signs of settlement on the interior and exterior. 

This customer's uneven floor was caused by moisture damage to the floor joists in the crawl space, so SmartJack Support Posts were installed to lift, level, and permanently stabilize the floor.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help this homeowner with his sagging floors by installing the SmartJack System in the crawl space of his home in Nakina, NC. The floors were sagging due to the home's piers settling the no longer able to support the floor joist of the home. By installing the SmartJack System we are able to support the floors by installing a supplemental beam along with SmartJack that can hold 60,000 lbs.

Kelly contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after hiring another company to stabilize floors in her home that failed to lift and stabilize the floors of her home in Selma, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Kelly to go over the issues and find the best solution for her issues. Chris found that the jacks that were installed were not installed correctly and that it was causing more problems than good.
