Bryan contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high humidity in the crawl space of his home in Middlesex, NC. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to lower the humidity and get rid of any moisture in the crawl space of the home. Bryan is thrilled with the outcome that we did to fix his high humidity at his home.

The wood in this crawl space had started to show the beginning signs of mold caused by moisture entering the crawl space from the earth's ground. SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Glenn, to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Glenn met with Yanet to go over what he found and proposed which would be to encapsulate the crawlspace. Yanet liked everything that Glenn proposed and was ready to get the project started.

Our crew led by Jose H., first started with debris and insulation removal. Then they installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System. By installing this system it will help keep the crawlspace dry and clean.
