The wood in this crawl space had started to show the beginning signs of mold caused by moisture entering the crawl space from the earth's ground. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to fix the crawl space of the home by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we seal off the crawl space from the earth, stopping water vapor in its tracks.

Yanet contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about standing water in the crawlspace at her home in Pikeville, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Glenn, to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Glenn met with Yanet to go over what he found and proposed which would be to encapsulate the crawlspace. Yanet liked everything that Glenn proposed and was ready to get the project started.

Our crew led by Jose H., first started with debris and insulation removal. Then they installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System. By installing this system it will help keep the crawlspace dry and clean.

Anthony contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair stating that there was a moldy odor along with moisture and fallen insulation in his crawl space at his home in Raeford, NC. 

SEFR scheduled our designed specialist, Justin, to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection, Andy proposed an encapsulation along with a dehumidifier. Anthony was thrilled to move forward with the project. 

Our crew, led by Rayford, installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to prevent any future moisture or mold. As well as removing all of the falling insulation.

Matt contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after having an annual termite inspection and the inspector told Matt that he had high humidity in the crawl space and that he should be look at. Our Crew installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System in the crawl space of the home to lover the humidity in the crawl space that prevents bugs, mold and other harmful elements from entering the crawl space.

Caroline contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair on behalf of her church. The church had been built in the 1960's and had a basement that they want to utilize. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Caroline to go over the basement of the church. Graham found that the basement had water that entered the crawl space from the walls and that the best solution would be to install the WaterGuard System. Caroline and the Church are thankful for the work done by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for their hard work in fixing the basement of the church.
