Myron contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about cracking brick underneath the car port of his home where a small storage space was located. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Myron to go over the best solution to fix the cracking brick. Chris found that part of the car port slab that had the small storage area had started to sink, causing the area to start to crack. Our crew, led by George Herring, used our PolyLevel Injection System to raise the slab of the car port causing the bricks to come back together. Myron is extremely happy with the work and the fix to his rental home in Jacksonville, NC.

Deborah contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about a sunken concrete driveway slab at her home in Jacksonville, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben Daniels met with Deborah to go over the issue and find the best solution.

Ben found that the concrete slab had settled over time and that it was a good candidate to fix with the PolyLevel Injection System.

We used our PolyLevel System to lift and level a sinking concrete floor. First, we drilled small, dime-sized holes into the concrete slab. Then, we injected a high-density polyurethane foam through these holes. As the foam expanded, it filled voids beneath the slab, lifted it back to its original position, and stabilized the floor. The process is quick, minimally invasive, and provides long-lasting results.
