This homeowner was looking for a durable solution to fill and seal the cracks that formed in the concrete around their pool. To achieve this, our team used our NexusPro Crack Repair Solution. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that is designed to be highly durable, flexible, and resistant to extreme temperatures. 

The affected area showed visible cracks and gaps in the concrete slab. If left untreated, it could lead to further damage. Our solution to repair this cracked concrete sidewalk was our NexusPro Crack Repair Solution. After the NexusPro crack repair, the cracks are filled and sealed with a durable, flexible material that restores the surface's integrity and appearance. The repaired area is smooth, uniform, and resistant to future cracking, providing a long-lasting solution that enhances both functionality and aesthetics.

Soil erosion caused this slab to sink into the ground, crack, and become uneven. To lift, level, and stabilize the slab, we used our PolyLevel System! Leveling a slab with Polylevel involves injecting a specialized polyurethane foam beneath the sunken or uneven concrete slab. This foam expands and hardens, lifting the slab back to its original, level position. The process begins with drilling small holes into the slab, through which the Polylevel foam is injected. As the foam expands, it fills voids and raises the slab, effectively eliminating any unevenness. Once the slab is leveled, the holes are patched, and the surface is ready for use. This method is quick, minimally invasive, and provides a stable, long-lasting solution for uneven concrete surfaces.

Thomas called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the walkway leading up the to front of his home had sunkin. Our own Chris Hunter met with Thomas to find out if we could fix the walkway. With our PolyLevel System we where able to lift Thomas walkway back level.
