SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Justin E., to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection Justin met with Duane to go over what he found and proposed, which is to have the crawlspace encapsulated to help keep it dry and clean.

Our crew led by Ronald, first started by removing debris and insulation. Next they installed, 20 Mil CleanSpace Liner, Wrap Piers, SilverGlo and Rim Joist Insulation, Seal Vents, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and Smart Sump Pump.

Cleanspace drainage matting was installed throughout the crawl space floor to enhance moisture control and prevent water damage.
