Ron called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he was experiencing high moisture issues under the home which was causing his floors in the home to buckle. Inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Ron to go over the best solution for the home. The crew led by Larry Eldridge installed our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included our 10 mil liner, Silver Glo, SaniDry CX, and our Smart Sump. Ron is happy with the our come of the home, after fixing the problem of the high moisture in the crawl space his floor are no longer buckling.

During Hurricane Matthew Kathleen experience a crawl space underwater 4 feet. She had no idea how to get the water out and how to fix the issues that the storm brought.
