Greg contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he noticed that when it rained water would stand in his crawl space and wanted a solution that would keep the water out.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Christopher Reeves met with Greg to go over the crawl space to find the best solution to his issues. Chris found that water was entering the crawl space from the foundation walls and the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. 

By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from the water intrusion by enclosing the crawl space with the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner that seals the crawl space from the water.

We completely encapsulated this homeowners damp and musty crawl space using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. 

In order to get rid of the high levels of moisture and humidity in this customer's crawl space, we installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and encapsulated it with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. 

We installed CleanSpace vapor barrier in the crawl space to prevent moisture buildup, which can lead to mold growth, wood rot, and structural damage. This barrier also helps improve indoor air quality and energy efficiency by reducing humidity levels and preventing drafts.

Jacob contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned because they was still experiencing problems with moisture even after laying a black plastic vapor barrier down. We when in with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System which included 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, SmartSump and a Sanidry CX. Jacob now see's a huge difference it our CleanSpace Encapsulation System compared to a typical back plastic liner.
