Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was permanently fastened to the basement concrete block wall to prevent water from seeping through. Water will drain down the backside of the liner and into the interior drainage system, where it will be directed to the sump pump and removed from the home through discharge lines. 

This customer was experiencing water in their crawl space of the home in Fayetteville, NC. With our EZ Flow system we are able to redirect the water out of the crawl space to a designated area. This customer is happy with the out come that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did.

Amanda contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to high moisture levels within the crawl space of her home in Fayetteville, NC. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal out normal crawl space moisture that causes problems such as wood rot along with lower the relative humidity under 55% preventing the growth of mold and mildew. 

Greg contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he noticed that when it rained water would stand in his crawl space and wanted a solution that would keep the water out.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Christopher Reeves met with Greg to go over the crawl space to find the best solution to his issues. Chris found that water was entering the crawl space from the foundation walls and the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. 

By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from the water intrusion by enclosing the crawl space with the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner that seals the crawl space from the water.
