Duane contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about falling insulation and moisture in the crawlspace at his home in Fayetteville, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Justin E., to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection Justin met with Duane to go over what he found and proposed, which is to have the crawlspace encapsulated to help keep it dry and clean.

Our crew led by Ronald, first started by removing debris and insulation. Next they installed, 20 Mil CleanSpace Liner, Wrap Piers, SilverGlo and Rim Joist Insulation, Seal Vents, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and Smart Sump Pump.

Duane was happy with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.

Cleanspace drainage matting was installed throughout the crawl space floor to enhance moisture control and prevent water damage. It creates a barrier that allows water to flow underneath, directing it to a drainage system, while also improving air circulation and reducing humidity levels. Ron called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he was experiencing high moisture issues under the home which was causing his floors in the home to buckle. Inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Ron to go over the best solution for the home. The crew led by Larry Eldridge installed our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included our 10 mil liner, Silver Glo, SaniDry CX, and our Smart Sump. Ron is happy with the our come of the home, after fixing the problem of the high moisture in the crawl space his floor are no longer buckling.
