Aaron contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about mold and mildew growth caused by moisture damage in the crawl space of the home.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Aaron to go over the crawl space and find the best solution to fix his problem.

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. By sealing the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation we are able to seal moisture causing problems from entering the crawl space which causes problems such as mold and mildew. 

James contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about bouncy floors, moisture, and mold issues at his home in Fayetteville, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Patrick to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation. After speaking with James and showing him what was found during the inspection, Patrick proposed Mold X Remediation for the mold issue, to encapsulate for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the bouncy floors as the best solution to fix his home.

Our crew lead by Pedro, first went in and done the Mold X remediation, and then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. By pairing the two systems, SEFR can address the issues of the bouncy floors by stabilizing the floors back to their original position and  seals the crawl space from moisture and mold issues.

James was pleased with the work that SEFR did to protect his American Dream.

Edna contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about the crawlspace at her home in Fayetteville, NC.

Todd, one of our design specialists, inspected the crawlspace. Upon the inspection, Todd proposed that having a partial encapsulation would be exactly what she needs. Edna could hardly wait to get the project on the go.

Our crew led by Ronald, first started by sealing the vents. Next they installed the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and Condensate Pump.

Edna was thrilled with the work SEFR did to help protect her American Dream.

Kevin called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to assist Kevin with repairing his crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System is designed to eliminate the damp environment that harbors in the crawl space of the home. By installing the Encapsulation System we were able to reverse the unhealthy and destructive area that mold and and airborne spores can thrive.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair replaced an old ugly door in exchange for a Turtl in Hope Mills, NC. The Turtl makes it easier to access the crawl space.
