The home owner just wanted a liner installed has he already had a dehumidifer that he was going to installed. Our crew installed out 10 mil CleanSpace Liner into the crawl space of the home.

This happy customer had a nasty and unhealthy crawl space but with the help from Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair we transformed this horid crawl space to one of use and beauty with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System.

Mr. Keith contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with issues of standing water and moisture in his crawl space at his home in Linden, NC. One of our design specialists, Mr. Justin went out to inspect the crawl space and give him a proposal. After the inspection, Justin met with Keith to go over what he proposed as the best solution for the crawl space, which is to have the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.

Our crew led by EJ, went in and installed the CleanSpace Drainage Matting and 20 mil Liner, SilverGlo and Rim Joist Insulation, Wrap Piers, Seal Vents, Sani Dry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Lawnscape Outlet and Discharge Line to prevent standing water and control the moisture.

This crawl space in Erwin, NC was a nasty, mold ridden mess. Our crew was able to transform the crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, they installed the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo Insulation Panels, SaniDry Sedona and a SmartSump to get rid of any moisture in the crawl space that can cause mold and wood rot. They also used the Mold-X 2 Mold Spray to get rid of existing mold on the crawl space of the home.

Chester contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed that there were some sagging floors in his home in Erwin, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Chester to go over the crawl space of the home and find out what was causing the sagging floor issues that he was experiencing. Chris found that Chester's problems were due to softwood caused by a moisture problem and the best way to stabilize the wood would be to install the Smart Jack System along with a steel beam to raise the floors back level until he could afford to take care of the moisture issue. Chester was thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to help his home.
