Greg contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, because his neighbor had his crawl space encapsulated and he liked the work that SEFR did.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Glenn, to go out and inspect the crawl space. Upon inspection, Glenn proposed having an encapsulation would be the best solution for their home.

Maryanna contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with high moisture in the crawl space of her Raleigh, NC home. The home showed signs of moisture and high humidity such as falling insulation and obvious signs of a damp ground. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Inspector Larry met with Maryanna to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for her issues.
