Our crawl space encapsulation process includes installing Drainage Matting throughout the crawl space floor to direct water to the perimeter drainage system and prevent water from accumulating underneath the CleanSpace liner. 

Larry called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to inquire about our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair fixed his crawl space with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. During the install of the Clean Space Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed a Turtl to clean up the experience of the crawl space. Larry is overjoyed with the work that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did.

Peggy called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in have someone come look at the crawl space as they  had an old plastic liner that was to damaged to help the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Peggy about the best solution for the home. Peggy decided that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was the best value and fit to help her with her home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repairs crew led my Larry Eldridge encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace encapsulation System using drainage matting, 10 mil liner, Silver Glo Insulation, a SaniDry CX, along with a sump pump to help keep the space dry and free of moisture. Peggy is now happy to have a nice dry crawl space.

Aaron contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about a bad odor coming from the A/C ducts when the heating or A/C turned on. The HVAC company said that the ducts of the home where fine and that the source of the odor could be coming from the wet and damp crawl space. Our crew encapsulated the crawl space using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, we also installed a dehumidifier to dry the crawl space of the odor-causing moisture. Aaron is happy with the results that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair was able to do to make his home smell good again.
