We did a full encapsulation using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX. Dave contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because of standing water on top of his vapor barrier in Atkinson, NC. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Dave by getting rid of the vapor barrier system and replacing it with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we were able to seal off the crawl space from water vapor, install a dehumidifier to dry out the air and a sump pump to get rid of the water in the crawl space.

This customers crawl space door was getting old and dingy. This customer opted to for Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to come in and install at Turtl as a new access point into her crawl space. Doesn't it just look amazing!

Annette contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because after a recent home inspection, Annette had been alerted that the moisture level in the crawl space was high. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System which seals the crawl space from the earth's ground. Along with installing the liner that seals the crawl space, we also added a dehumidifier to keep the crawl space dry  Additionally, we also installed a Smart Sump Pump System to get rid of any moisture in the crawl space.
