Charles contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair interested in replacing his old vapor barrier with a more durable and lasting liner.

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation Liner is a super durable 20 mil thick, 7- layer polyethylene composition with polyester cord reinforcement. Along with being super durable, there is a 25-year warranty on the liner free from rips and tears making it a perfect liner even for simple vapor barriers.

Jason contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of moisture in the crawl space at his home in Goldsboro, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Justin E., to go out and inspect the crawl space. Upon the inspection Justin proposed that having an encapsulation system installed to control the moisture issue.

Our crew led by Jose H., first started with the Mold-X2 Remediation. Next they removed the debris and insulation. Last they sealed the vents, installed CleanSpace 20 mil Liner, Wrap Piers, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, Lawnscape Outlet, and a Custom Built Door.

Jason was pleased with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.

Our crawl space encapsulation process includes installing Drainage Matting throughout the crawl space floor to direct water to the perimeter drainage system and prevent water from accumulating underneath the CleanSpace liner. 

Larry called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to inquire about our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. During the install of the Clean Space Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed a Turtl to clean up the experience of the crawl space.
