Gaynelle contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair as she was experiencing problems with cracks forming within the interior and also the exterior of the home. She was also experiencing unlevel floors and nails that had started to back out from the wall. 

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin E. met with Gaynelle to go over her problems and find the best solution for her home.

Justin found that there was several factors contributing to the problems that Gaynelle was experiencing. First, she had a moisture issue that that had caused the wood to sag within the crawl space.

Our crew installed 13 Smart Jacks along with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to correct the issue of the sagging floors and to prevent further damage with in the crawl space. Guy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture problem in the crawl space of the home in Goldsboro, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin E. met with Guy to go over the crawl space of the home to find the best solution for his problems. Justin found that the crawl space was having moisture issues even though there was a plastic vapor barrier installed and the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System Southeast Foundation& Crawl Space Repair is able to seal the crawl space from moisture problems that can cause mold, mildew and wood rot. Guy is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to fix his home's moisture problems. 

To transform this crawl space, our crew removed the insulation & debris. Next, they installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, SilverGlo Wall Insulation, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and a SmartSump Pump System. 

Ray contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concern of falling insulation, water standing and moisture issues in the crawl space of his home in Warsaw, NC.

Maurice, one of our design specialists went out and inspected the home. Upon the inspection he proposed that they encapsulate the crawl space to control the standing water and moisture issue.

Our crew led by Kevin T.,  installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System which consists of first removing debris and insulation, then sealing off the vents. Next they installed Cleanspace 10 mil liner, wrap piers, and Siverglo insulation. Last they installed the Smart Sump Sump, Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, discharge line and Lawnscape outlet.

Mark contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after glancing into the crawl space of his home and noticing that the was dark and damp with a musky smell. We where able to transform Mark's Crawl Space by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace System transformed this damp and musky crawl space into a great clean area that Mark plans to use as additional storage for their summer outdoor gear.
