Michael contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair by purchasing a home in Winnabow, NC. The home was 20 years old and never had a vapor barrier installed and had open air flow due to old vents. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves me with Michael to go over the crawl space of the home. Our inspector Ben Daniels met with Blake to go over the problems that he was experiencing. Ben found that due to moisture issues in the crawl space that the slop in the floor was caused by degenration in the moisture wood and the best solution would be to install the Smart Jack Stablazation System along with a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to keep moisture out of the crawl space.
