We replaced the customer's vapor barrier with our CleanSpace vapor barrier system because it offers superior durability, moisture resistance, and energy efficiency. CleanSpace is specifically designed to prevent water vapor from passing through the crawl space or basement, reducing humidity levels and protecting the home from mold, mildew, and structural damage. Unlike standard vapor barriers, CleanSpace is made of a thick, puncture-resistant material that ensures long-lasting performance and provides a cleaner, healthier environment for the home.

Duane contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerning a rental home in Leland, NC. The home was experiencing signs of high moisture content with falling insulation and possible mold growth. Southeast's owner Chris Hunter met with Duane concerning his home. Chris suggested Duane do a full encapsulation and extraction of the current insulation. We removed the insulation, preformed a full encapsulation with our 10 mil liner, Silver Glo, Sanidry CX and Sump Pump. Now Duane and his renter are happy to have a dry and healthy crawl space.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Lisa with her home in Leland, NC. Lisa was experiencing the classic symtoms of high mositure levels under her home causing falling insulation. SEFR team was able to do a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System, along with removing the old insulation. Lisa is happy with the outcome that we did to help her with her home.

Mr. Tan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space of his home due to hanging insulation at his home in Leland, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Maurice met with Mr. Tan to go over to crawl space to find the best solution to fix his issues. Maurice found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By sealing the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from moisture entering the home from the earth's ground. Mr. Tan and his family are thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his American Dream. 

Michael contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with moisture issues within the crawl space of his home in Southport, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialist, Brannon  to go out and do an inspection. After the inspection, Brannon met with Michael to discuss what he found and what would be the best solution for his crawl space. Brannon proposed for Michael to have an encapsulation done.

By installing the Clean Space Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to control the moisture from entering the crawl space from around the foundation walls and the ground.
