Linda contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concern about unlevel floors that creek at her home in Southport, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Brannon, to go an inspect the home. After inspection, Brannon proposed to Linda that having an encapsulation would help control the moisture which is causing her floors to be unlevel and creek.

Our crew led by EJ, started the project by removing the insulation and debris, next they sealed all the vents and installed 10 mil Cleanspace liner, wrap piers, Silverglo insulation, Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, and a condensation pump. This system will help control the moisture.

Linda was very happy with the work SEFR did to help Protect their American Dream.

Dan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of cracks in the drywall and moisture in the crawlspace at his home in Southport, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Maurice, to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Maurice met with Dan to go over what he found and proposed what would be the best solution for his home.

Our crew led by Kevin T., first started by removing the debris and insulation. Next, they installed the SmartJack System and the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System. By combining these two systems together it will help with stabilizing the floors, any settlement, and controlling moisture.

Our crew, led by Elim, installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation Systems to remove the fallen insulation and correct the moisture levels.
