Mr. Jerry contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl space Repair with concerns of standing water and moisture issues at his home in Rocky Point, NC.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl space Repair scheduled for one of our design specialist, Mr. Ben Daniels to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space. Upon speaking with Mr. Jerry showing him the condition of his crawl space, Mr. Ben proposed a CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation to help with the moisture and standing water.

Our crew lead by Kevin installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System and sprayed Mold X. First, they started off by removing the old insulation that was soaked with moisture and then treated for the mold . Next, they installed the SilverGlo Insulation Panels transferring the insulation barrier to the outer parts of the crawl space. Next, they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Liner along with a Sedona Dehumidifier and a Smart Sump to help keep the crawl space free of moisture.

Anthony contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about controlling the moisture in the crawlspace at his home in Rocky Point, NC.

Glenn, one of our design specialists, went out and inspected the home that is a doublewide with brick underpin. Glenn proposed to have a dehumidifier and liner placed in the crawlspace to help with the moisture issues.

Our crew led by Jose H. first started with debris removal. Next they sealed the vents, installed 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and Condensate Pump.

Morris contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about sagging floors, mold, wet crawl space, and moisture issues at their home in Snow Hill, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy to go out and do an inspection of the home. Upon the inspection, Andy met with Morris to go over what he proposed for the mold, wood rot, sagging floors, and moisture issues, Andy found that the best solution to fix their home would be to encapsulate and then replace beams.

Our crew led by Jose H., performed the Mold Remediation and then a full encapsulation with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. We then replaced the rotten wood to help with the sagging floors.

Morris was ecstatic with the results of the work that SEFR did to Protect their American Dream.
