John contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after seeing us at a home show. John was interested in having his crawl space door replaced with our custom crawl space door. Jason Hines installed the custom door. John is happy with the new clean crawl space door that replaced his old one.

Christopher contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about standing water in the crawl space of his home in Pink Hill, NC.

One of our design specialist, Justin went out and inspected the crawl space. After the inspection,  Justin sat down with Christopher and proposed the best solution for his home repair needs which  is to have an encapsulation..

Our crew went in and  installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, and by doing that will help to seal moisture and restrain the water from entering the crawl space that causes problems such as wood rot, mold and mildew.

Christopher was very pleased with the work that SEFR did to Protect his American Dream.

Mrs. Michelle contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about sagging floors, rotten wood, mold, and moisture issues at her home in Pink Hill, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Patrick to go out and do an inspection of the home. After the inspection, Patrick met with Michelle to go over what he proposed. With all the mold, wood rot,sagging floors, and moisture issues, Patrick found that the best solution would be to have smart jacks, supp beam, joist assist brackets, replace main beam, and to encapsulate the crawl space.

Our crew led by Pedro, went in and first started with the Mold Remediation, then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, and last they worked on Stabilizing the floors.

Jason called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he was concerned after finding mold along his floor joist along with condensation along his A/C duct work. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Chris Hunter met with Jason to go over the best solution for his crawl space. Our crew let by Ricky Warren encapsulated the crawl space with our 10 mil liner, installed SilverGlo Insulation Board around the permeate of the wall, add a SaniDry CX to rid the crawl space of moisture and a sump pump to pump out any moisture that may make its way into the space. The area was also sprayed with our Mold-X mold cleaner to get rid of any unwanted mold. Jason is now happy to be free of that nasty mold and have a beautiful area under his home.

The customer had a CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System installed, after the crew installed the CleanSpace System they installed a Turtl for the entrance of the crawl space.
