Henry contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair soon after buying his new home in Wilmington, NC. He had Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair encapsulate the crawl space of his previous home and was so impressed with the quality of work and savings that he wanted the crawl space of his new home encapsulated also. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Jeremie met with Henry to go over the crawl space of his home. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System is designed to keep moisture from the crawl space by putting the  7- layer, 20 mil durable polyethylene composition liner on the ground and the foundation walls. David contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after he saw our commercial on WECT TV about moisture in his crawlspace at his home in Wilmington, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Maurice, to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection, Maurice met with David to discuss what he proposed which is to have the crawlspace encapsulated. David couldn't wait to get the project started.

Our crew led by EJ, first started by removing the debris and insulation. Next, they did the Mold Remediation and they installed the Cleanspace Crawl Space Encapsulation System which consist of Wrap Piers, 20 mil Cleanspace liner, Silverglo & Rim Joist Insulation, Seal Vents, SandiDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, Lawnscape Outlet, and Custom built Crawlspace Door out of PVC so it doesn't rust.

David was happy with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.

Ray contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after seeing us at different home show. He was interested in having his crawl space encapsulated. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to encapsulate this home without a problem and Ray is please that he did.

Dana contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to a high moisture issue alerted to her from her termite inspector. We were able to help Dana by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, that seals off the crawl space from the number way moisture enters the crawl space, from the earth's ground.
