Arlene called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about her crawl space. Arlene is an older customer who is unable to crawl under the home to see if she had any issues. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Arlene with cleaning up her dirty crawl space to a nice clean area.

Fred contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about the high moisutre level in his crawl space. The home is on a golf course near the beach so it is a naturally high mositure area. SEFR was able to help Fred by installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX.

Anthony contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair complaining of that he had noticed that there were gaps in the doorways and that the sink in the counter was pulling away from the wall. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Anthony to go over his issues. Chris found that Anthony problems where coming from moisture issues that were causing wood to become wet and start to rot. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to address the moisture issues along with the Smart Jack System to stabilize and raise the floors of the home back level to fix the gaps and countertops. Frank contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair complaining of sagging floors on the first level of his 23-year-old home in Wilmington, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy Pittman met with Frank to go over the crawl space and the sagging floor issues. 

Andy found that the issues were caused by high moisture issues within the crawl space and the best solution would be to seal off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with installing the Smart Jack Stabilization System.

Our crew led by Larry Eldridge installed the Smart Jack System to stabilize the weak wood caused by high moisture issues. Next, they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to seal the crawl space from the moisture that was causing problems and to prevent any further issues from arising. 

We sealed off the crawl space from outside elements and installed SilverGlo insulation along the walls, drainage matting on the ground, and CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the crawl space to solve this damp crawl space issue.
