Hank called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our commercials on the television about our crawl space encapsulation system. Hank had a crawl space that had a thin plastic vapor barrier that over the years had become ripped and no longer served the purpose of helping to keep his crawl space dry. Southeast's inspector Randy Johnson met with Hank to go over the best solution for keeping his crawl space dry. The crew, led by Larry Eldridge, installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System which included our 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, a Sanidry CX, Sump Pump and our custom crawl space door as a finishing touch. Hank is a happy customer with his dry crawl space.

Wilma of Wilmington, NC contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about having a custom door installed at her home. Wilma is happy with the nice clean crawl space door that was installed.

This customer was experiencing high humidity and moisture levels, they wanted a solution to fix the crawl space of their home. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to lower the humidity and moisture by sealing off the crawl space. adding a dehumidifier and a SmartSump Sump Pump System.

Arthur contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed falling insulation in the crawl space where he recently had work done. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was there to help by removing the falling insulation and installing the Silver Glo Insulation Panels, along with sealing off the crawl space from moisture which causes wood rot and damage to the underside of the home. 

Dan saw Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair at the Wilmington Home Show! He had been experiencing some sagging floors and noticed that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair might be able to help. Our inspector Maurice Robinson met with Dan to go over the issues he was experiencing to find the best solution to the problem. Maurice found that Dan's problems were coming from a moisture issue in the crawl space that had caused the wood to soften. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to keep moisture out of the crawl space along with the Smart Jack System to stabilize and raise the floors back level. Dan is happy that he ran into Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair.
