Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Larry E. met with Berry to go over the crawl space of his home to find the best solution for his issues. Larry found that even though the crawl space had a vapor barrier installed it still allowed moisture to enter by not being sealed around the foundation walls and around the piers of the crawl space. The best solution would be to remove the old vapor barrier and replace it with a full encapsulation of the crawl space.
