The IceGuard System was installed to ensure water can always escape from the discharge line. In the event the sump pump line gets blocked or is frozen, water has a way to escape to prevent water backup and flooding the basement. 

Taking care of moisture in the air that comes from the ground and the nasty debris within this crawl space by removing the trash and encapsulating it with our CleanSpace vapor barrier provides this home with a needed increase in protection from mold growth and an increase in air quality.

This basement had standing water after every rain making it difficult to use reliably. With a desire to keep it dry, the homeowner had us install our patented WaterGuard and sump pump system. Now the basement can stay dry!

The plastic barrier in this crawl space couldn’t keep moisture from infecting the air. Dirt and mold growth caused musty air to be filtered through the home. We cleaned out and encapsulated the crawl space to keep moisture from getting inside.
