Littered with waste and consumed with a smell of must this crawl space was growing mold and cultivating a nasty environment. We cleaned it out and sealed it tight with a full encapsulation. With thermal insulation on the walls, vapor barrier on the ground, and a dehumidifier in the center this crawl space’s air quality and usefulness dramatically increased.

Water pooled in different places throughout this customers basement. Our permanent waterproofing solution was to install our WaterGuard drainage system paired with a TripleSafe Sump pump. 

The water levels around this finished basement were very high and water was seeping into the block walls behind the sheetrock and wood paneling.  This build up caused massive water damage, high humidity, and rampant mold growth throughout the basement. We had to rip out the damaged material and waterproof the entire perimeter with our WaterGuard drain system to protect the basement.

To permanently address the issue, our team installed a professional interior drainage system paired with a high-performance sump pump. The drain system is designed to capture groundwater at the perimeter before it reaches the basement floor, directing it safely to the sump pump. The sump pump then efficiently removes the collected water away from the home.
