This Summerfield, NC crawl space showed several clear symptoms of moisture damage and structural stress. The old vapor barrier had broken down and was scattered across the soil, allowing humidity to rise into the floor system. Insulation was falling, wood components were exposed to moisture, and the crawl space was showing early signs of sagging floors due to weakened support.

To restore stability and protect the home, our team installed a SmartJack Support System to reinforce the sagging areas and provide long-term structural strength. We then encapsulated the entire crawl space with a high-quality CleanSpace vapor barrier to control humidity, protect the wood structure, and create a cleaner, healthier environment beneath the home.

The unprotected nature of this crawl space made it very easy for moisture to affect it negatively. We installed out CleanSpace vapor barrier, among other products, to keep the water vapor out and purify the air.

This crawl space had water getting inside from cracks and openings within the walls. Our team of experts encapsulated the area using CleanSpace liner and SilverGlo insulation to seal, cover, and protect the area from any water vapors that might try to seep through.
