This formerly damp and humid crawl space got a brighter, drier, and healthier environment with our encapsulation system. SilverGlo insulation boards were installed along the walls and the ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier sealed the piers and floor. Moisture nor cold drafts stand a chance against this crawl space now!

This crawl space was dirty and musty, leaving the homeowner worried about the potential for mold growth. Up to 50% of the air in the first level of home comes from the crawl space, so the homeowners were concerned about the air quality in their home. Our professionals came in and cleaned out the basement and installed our clean space vapor barrier, ensuring the air quality in this crawl space was vastly improved. 

Moisture from the ground was getting inside the crawl space and raising the humidity and forming condensation. This moisture then started to mold the floor joists and shred the fiberglass insulation. We cleaned out the crawl space and installed our durable CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo insulation along the walls. This keeps moisture out and insulates the home.

Years of water damage made this crawl space a mess and was molding the floor underneath the home. We cleaned out the entire crawl space and encapsulated it to keep the moisture outside the home.
