This crawl space in Fuquay-Varina, NC is showing clear signs of water intrusion and moisture buildup. Standing water is present on the vapor barrier, and parts of the crawl space remain exposed to bare earth, creating an environment that encourages mold growth and pest activity. The homeowner suspects the moisture may be coming from HVAC condensation or groundwater seepage. A SaniDry dehumidifier is in place but may not be functioning effectively without proper drainage or full encapsulation. Additionally, the homeowner has reported an interior wall crack that appears upstairs during the winter months, raising concerns of potential foundation movement. Given the combination of moisture, possible mold, bug intrusion, and structural concerns, a comprehensive crawl space inspection and foundation assessment are highly recommended.

This formerly humid, dirty, and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system.
