During colder temperatures, sump pump discharge lines can freeze, causing water to back up and potentially flood the basement or crawl space. This Raleigh home needed a reliable drainage solution that would continue to perform even in freezing conditions.

Our team installed an IceGuard discharge system along with an exterior drainage line to protect against frozen pipes. IceGuard allows water to safely escape if the underground line becomes blocked by ice, snow, or debris, keeping the system flowing when it’s needed most.

Our team gave this 100 year old damp and outdated crawlspace a complete makeover! They installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage structure with IceGuard protection and a SuperSump pump.
