Unwanted water seepage was flooding the basement and leaving behind mineral deposits and a mold friendly environment. We installed our interior drainage and vapor barrier products to funnel all the intruding water out of the home.

This French drain installation in blowing rock was needed to finish a basement waterproofing job. The drain connects to the sump pump installed in the basement and runs away from the base of the home to keep the water away. We dug the trench out, plumbed the line, capped it with our drain cover and refilled the trench to finish the job.

Persistent moisture, water intrusion, and damp conditions were putting this Blowing Rock, NC basement at risk for mold growth, structural damage, and poor indoor air quality.
