This driveway in Maineville, OH, was settling unevenly, causing the different concrete slabs to slope away from one another. We first injected our PolyLevel foam underneath all of the slabs to lift and level the driveway back out. Next, we sealed the control joints between the slabs with our NexusPro sealant to keep water from infiltrating into the soil underneath the driveway. Lastly, as part of our 3 step repair process, we then treated the entire driveway with our SealantPro sealant protection. This sealant penetrates into the concrete and bonds to it chemically to create a super protective barrier against moisture, chemicals, weatherting, etc... The homeowner was super happy that they once again have a completely even driveway that is built to last.
This stamped concrete driveway in Maineville, OH, sank into the ground. As a result, the driveway became separated from the garage floor by a couple of inches. This imbalance made for a bumpy ride when the homeowner tried pulling in and out of their garage. Our crew was able to carefully inject PolyLevel foam beneath the driveway in order to lift the concrete back up. They were able to accomplish this by drilling pea-sized holes in the beautifully stamped concrete, and then filling up the tiny sized holes up after lifting.
The apron of this driveway in Milford, OH, had a culvert underneath it that was washing all the soil away. There was a massive cavity underneath the apron of the driveway, and the driveway was at a massive risk of breaking off. We filled this cavity with our PolyLevel foam, which was able to expand and fill all the gaps, giving the apron a supporting force to make sure it holds up. The foam will also make sure water doesn't reach further underneath the driveway, preventing washout to other areas of the concrete. Our polyurethane composition cures very quickly, so the homeowners could get back to using their driveway almost immediately after we left.
We used our Polylevel injections to raise concrete slabs that had settled over time. The foam was injected under the concrete slabs, which filled the voids under the slabs and lifted them to a proper grade above the surrounding soil. We also sealed the gaps between the slabs after everything was leveled.
This driveway was shifting and causing the concrete slabs to crack and separate from one another. After we used PolyLevel foam and sealant to reconnect them, the driveway was back to looking good.
