This front porch slab in Terrace Park, OH, had settled down by a few inches. We injected the slab with our PolyLevel foam to raise the slab back to where it was originally built. If you look closely at the space between the porch slab and the brick wall in the before photo, and you compare that to the after picture, you'll be able to confirm that we in fact lifted the slab by a few inches. Now that the porch slab is leveled back out, and we sealed all the gaps between the slab, the sidewalk, and the brick wall with our NexusPro sealant, the homeowner can go ahead and powerwash the porch without having to worry about the soil underneath the porch getting wet and washing away.
This Kentucky driveway was sinking and becoming uneven. Our team raised it back to level with PolyLevel. PolyLevel provides a fast and high-strength solution. In fact, PolyLevel is so strong that it can be used to repair roads, bridges, railroads, and airport runways.
This family was concerned about their home's sinking concrete. Their driveway, sidewalk, and porch were cracked in several places and had significant gaps between them. They were worried about the tripping hazards and the cost of completely replacing the affected areas. They found us online and called us for a free concrete lifting estimate.
By injecting PolyLevel foam under the sidewalk, driveway, and porch, we raised their sinking concrete and closed the gaps. The foam we inject is lightweight but extremely strong. That means it won't weigh down the soil and cause the concrete to sink again, as mudjacking does.
These steps and front porch had begun to sink and became unlevel with one another. We used our Polylevel injection system to raise them to be level with one another. The whole process was done in a day, and the homeowners could use the steps immediately after we were done.
The soil underneath this poolside concrete in Loveland, OH, was washing out. This was causing the concrete to slope too far down and away from the pool, leaving slight gaps in the mortar joints. After we leveled out all the slabs using PolyLevel foam, we then sealed the joints using our NexusPro joint sealant. This sealant will make sure water, chlorine, dirt, and other types of debris wont infiltrate underneath the slabs. The sealant is also UV-resistant, which is perfect for areas that receive a lot of sun. There's no doubt that this poolside concrete will last a much longer time.
