This homeowner in Dayton, OH had a back porch that was sinking away from the rest of the home, causing gaps between the brick wall and porch floor. We raised the porch to close these gaps by using our foam jacking method. This foam jacking process, is quicker, cleaner, and more effective than mud jacking. We first drill pea-sized holes in the slabs in order to create an entryway for our foam gun. We then inject our PolyLevel foam under the slabs in order to raise it. We then close and seal all the gaps, then we leave. This homeowner was very impressed with the efficiency of our foam jacking methods, and doesn't have to worry any longer about their back porch sinking.

In Dayton, OH, we leveled an interior bedroom slab using PolyLevel foam. The floor’s slope between the baseboard and the floor improved from 20.15 degrees to 18.90 degrees, closing the gap along the edge and creating a smoother, more even surface that feels solid underfoot. The left side of this driveway in Tipp City, OH, was starting to sink off into the hillside. As the left side of the driveway continued to sink, the crack splitting the driveway grew larger in depth. We fixed the problem by injecting the left side of the driveway with our PolyLevel foam, which was able to raise the left side, making the driveway even again. We then sealed the crack to keep debris out and for cosmetic purposes. The result was a happy homeowner!

This homeowner had a couple of concrete slabs that had sunken out of place from the rest. We lifted the sunken slabs to even everything out, eliminating any potential tripping hazards. 

Several sidewalk slabs in this HOA community had shifted and settled over time, creating trip hazards and uneven walking surfaces. Not only did it pose a liability issue, but it also disrupted the clean look of the neighborhood pathways.
