Around a poolside in Batavia, OH, several concrete slabs had sunk and shifted, creating uneven edges and potential trip hazards. The uneven concrete also took away from the look and usability of the pool area. We leveled the slabs back into place, restoring a smooth and even surface around the pool. The area is now safer, more attractive, and ready for the homeowner to enjoy without worry.

In Batavia, OH, the concrete around a poolside had open joints and gaps forming between the slabs. These cracks not only looked unsightly but also allowed water to seep down, which could cause further damage over time. We sealed the joints with our long-lasting NexusPro sealant, creating a clean, flexible barrier that keeps water out. The poolside now looks refreshed, and the homeowner has peace of mind knowing the concrete is protected against future wear.

The concrete pad just outside of this garage had sunken into the dirt. This had become annoying for the homeowner because every time they pulled their lawn mower out, it would not be a smooth process. It was also a pretty dangerous tripping hazard, as the garage was a place where they moved heavy items in and out of. We fixed the gap by injecting our PolyLevel foam underneath the concrete pad in little pea-sized holes. Afterwards, the concrete pad was flush with the garage floor, making life a whole lot easier for this homeowner. 

The step leading up to the front porch on this Bellbrook, OH, home sunk into the ground. The slab had sloped down towards the left side of the home, and had gradually became quite the eye sore. We injected the step and the sidewalk with our PolyLevel foam to lift the slabs back to where they were originally. We then sealed the joints and gaps with our NexusPro sealant. The homeowners were very pleased with the outcome, and noted how quick & easy the repair process was.

This home had a walkway that was sinking into the ground. We pumped under the concrete with PolyLevel foam in order to raise the concrete back to health. You can notice how the concrete lifted about 3-4 inches.
