SmartJacks are steel supports that level the girders and floor joists with the power to support heavy loads. CleanSpace is a 20mil thick liner that is installed on both the walls and floors of the crawl space. CleanSpace is antimicrobial and prevents moisture and mold growth all while isolating the crawl space from the earth below.

A homeowner in Kent, OH was having flooding problems during heavy rains. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the WaterGuard Drainage System along the perimeter of the basement floor to catch any water and direct it to the sump pump. 

This customer was experiencing a stream of water intruding into the basement during storms. WaterGuard is a no-clog, catch-all system that prevents the water from staying stagnant on the floors and walls, but instead, drains any droplets into the perimeter sump pump.
