Our Crawl Space experts were able to Install 4 Smart Jacks to help support the floor joist system. Holes were excavated to help prepare the footer. After, excavating the soil, they began to regrade and flatten the soil within the crawlspace to help lift and stablize the foundation and restoring it back to the original position. The customer was very pleased with the results!

This Hennessey home had 2 inches of movement in their floors. This was causing cracks in the sheet rock and doorways. They called Vesta Foundation Solutions to fix the issue.

The Vesta Team member Josh Nation assessed the situation. His conclusion was that the home needed Smart Jacks to fix the issue.

The Vesta production team installed 3 Smart jacks in the basement. This allowed the floors to return to where they previously were. 

Due to ongoing moisture in this rental home near Enid, the VESTA team installed SmartJacks to make sure the floor framing would hold up to their next residence.  The wood framing was sagging and beams were failing due to pier construction under the home. not being installed properly.
