Installed a new Zoeller sump system to replace the old open pit single sump design. Much cleaner and easy to maintain with the additional Sedoma Sani Dry  Dehumidifier for added home comfort.

Sump systems when done improperly can add humidity to the basement. Closed systems will reduce the extra evaporation in the lower levels of the home.

Problem: The dirt floor crawl space was creating a damp and musty environment in this home. This homeowner required some debris to be removed from the crawl space. The homeowner also had the problem of cold floors above the crawl space as there was not enough insulation.

Solution: We installed a Clean Space liner to help with humidity and moisture in the crawl space and included Spray Foam insulation. Now the homeowner enjoys the benefits of a dry and comfortable crawl space area: less humidity in the home, eliminating musty odours and improved heating and cooling performance.

Problem: The homeowner needed to seal up an unused crawl space access door to improve the crawl space environment.

Solution: We installed and permanently sealed an EverLast crawl space access door. Sealing up all crawl space access areas is important to keep a home’s relative humidity low and a part of having ideal conditions in the crawl space.

Problem:  This older home had a problem with water penetrating a wall in their basement for years. This area in the basement flooded during times of rainfall, creating a damp, musty environment which often damaged their stored items.

Solution:  Our crew dug and installed a French drain system, waterproofed the problem wall and sealed it; altogether this system will keep this basement dry. Our drainage systems come with a written transferable lifetime warranty. On this project, like most projects, our installation crew installed a drain and sump pump system in less than two days.
