Problem: These home owners contacted Advanced Basement Systems to improve their crawl space environment for the benefit and health of the entire home. The access area was unlevel, often wet and not properly enclosed.

Solution: With crawl space accesses, there are two important points to remember:

1. The access needs to be accessible.
2. The access needs to be sealed so the outside fluctuations in temperature and humidity do not affect the improved crawl space environment.

Our team did a great job improving this access area for ease of entry and to seal off the outside environment from the crawl space.

Before

Sump pumps are not only for basements; there are times when a crawl space will require extra drainage to prevent water from pooling into the area. The homeowners wanted full crawl space update which includes encapsulation, insulation and a sump pump system.

After

Advanced Basement Systems included their Triple Safe Sump Pump System to provide the best protection to the home. The Triple Safe has two main pumps that will perform the majority of the work, when the power goes out a battery back up pump will run when needed.

Problem: Even after replacing their sump pump system earlier in the year, this owner still experienced a large amount of water coming through their walls, especially after a heavy rain. 

Solution: We gave these homeowners a peace of mind and a dry space for them to come home to by installing our Ultra sump batter back up systems. We also installed ThermalDry wall and our perimeter drain in the floor along the problem basement wall.

We fully changed out everything about the sump pump in this Wyoming home. We removed the existing, small liner. After installing a new footing drain around the permitter of the home (seepage was present), we installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This has 2 submersible pumps, on independent discharge lines. It also has a battery back-up system, our UltraSump4 with a battery specially designed to charge back-up systems.  
This sump is for homeowners who want no worries!

Before

The home was built with concrete block foundation walls and a poured concrete floor. Signs show water seeping through the walls and along the base where the floor joins. This will increase moisture and humidity in the basement allowing mould to grow on any organic material.

After

Advanced Basement Systems installed the Waterguard Drainage System which includes Thermal Dry Wall covering and a sump system to move the water away from the home. If you see signs of water on the walls, high levels of humidity or mould growth in your basement give Advanced Basement Systems a call!
