They even did a little extra for me with the jackhammer, for my plumber, with no hesitation. It's the little things like that, that make an excellent crew and company.

Bryan who came out was very informative and not the least bit pushy. He was an extremely nice person who I felt comfortable talking to in my home. When I got off the topic of the basement he talked with me and was NOT the least bit making me feel like "lets get back onto the subject of the basement so I can get this appointment over with". Hoping my instinct is correct and all goes as well as my appointment with Bryan I'll be happy.

Our service person was Mike Modde. He explained everything to me step by step. Mike also answered any questions I had. My husband I believe met with Rick Ablenas who came to the house while I was away, so I wasn’t around to hear about the way the repair would be done. Every question I asked Mike was very happy to answer; I hope I wasn’t a pest. Mike was very knowledgeable and told me that he had been doing this for several years. I could see that he enjoyed doing this kind of work with the detail and care he took while fixing the wall. Mike was concerned about the loud noise the jack hammer would make so that it wouldn’t bother me and that he would try not to take too long. Mike was concerned about my cat that the noise wouldn’t spook him. Mike had to take the bottom step off and he made sure that it wouldn’t be too hard for my husband to put back on, he also secured the second bottom step so when we walked on it that it wouldn’t collapse and we wouldn’t get hurt. After Mike was done he explained about the drying time and when the bottom step should be put back on. When we need more repairs done we definitely will be calling Advanced Basement Systems again.
