We had an elderly lady call us about water in her crawlspace. As you can see it was quite a mess down there.
Omni cleaned it up and installed our SuperSump along with our Drainage Matting and 1000 feet of CleanSpace Liner.
WaterGuard and SuperSump in Oakville Basement
Omni came in and encapulated this customers crawlspace as seen in the previous set of photos, but they also had some water penetrating the block walls in their basement.
To keep the basement dry we installed our CleanSpace Wall System which stops water vapor and drains wall leaks into our perimeter WaterGuard system.
The WaterGuard then drains the water to our SuperSump which pumps the water away from the home.

Back Water Valve protection with TripleSafe Sump System In Grimsby, ON
Customer was concerned that water was coming up through back water valve box when the water table under his floor rose to a high level. Omni recommended a feed-line from back water valve box to the sump system and replace the builder sump with our Triplesafe sump system. Omni also recommended adding IceGuards to protect from freezing discharge line.
