Bob L. called Omni basement systems with concerns of support required in crawl space 

Omni Basement Systems went to meet Bob to asses the rpoblems he was having. They determined that the crawlspace required a supplemental beam with 350 series smart jacks along with their Cleanspace Encapsulation system

Atte has a typical crawlspace in ST. Catharines with a dirt floor, failing floor supports and outside vents that let damp air in. The dampness is the cause of most of the problems. Omni Basement Systems added floor support under the min beam and a vapor barrier called Cleanspace. Cleanspace is a 20 mil thick liner that has 7 layers for strength and flexibility. There is also a layer that is an anti-microbial that will resist mold. 

Shane & Taylor from St. Catharines, ON have a house with a Crawl Space that needed some help. It had a dirt floor and a very bad vapor barrier. Omni Basement Systems was hired to encapsulate the crawl Space with the Cleanspace vapor barrier. 

Melissa has a house with a nasty wet crawlspace. Omni Basement Systems sealed her crawlspace with several crawlspace products such as a vapor barrier called Cleanspace and add a Smartsump sump system with a Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier. Melissa can't believe the difference in her crawlspace and her whole home. The air is cleaner and dry and she can now use her crawlspace for storage. 

david in Niagara On the Lake Lake (NOTL) has a home with a craclspace. the floor is dirt and it will emit moisture over time that will rot his floor system. Also there were no proper jacks installed and as a result, the floor  is sagging. Omni Basement Systems installed the vapor barrier called Cleanspce. Cleanspace is 20mil thick liner made up of 7 layers. 2 of the layers are cord reinforcement and there is a layer called ultrafresh that inhibits mold growth. To support the floor, Omni installed the Smartjacks system. The heavy duty, galvanized jacks are supported by large plates so they can't sink into the ground.
