Maria had an old Sump system that was made of concrete in her Stoney Creek home. There was no covered lid and a real eyesore. 
Alessio from Omni Basement Systems recomended the SuperSump System. This sump pump features a sealed lid, Zoeller M63 Pump, Waterwatch alarm and a perforated liner to allow water from under the floor get into the sump. 

Thomas & Ann needed to have some waterproofing in their home. they hired Omni Basement Systems to installed the patented drain system called Waterguard.  Waterguard is a under floor drain system that is installed along the perimeter wall under the concrete floor. Delta MS is attached to the wall so make sure that any moisture is drained down to the drain system. The water is taken away by the installed sump pump system. 

An Estate hose in Stoney Creek needed to be waterproofed in order to sell the house.
